1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using bcpcb.org (the "Site"), operated by Build Champions International ("Build Champions", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. BCP Certification Board Programmes

BCP Certification Board certifications are fee-based programmes ($29 for Skills Certifications, $99 for Professional Certifications) operated by Build Champions International, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. By enrolling, you agree that:

Course content is delivered via AI-powered instruction, assessment, and grading.
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required coursework and assessments, and are verifiable via our certificate verification system.
Course fees are non-refundable once coursework has been substantially started, except where required by law or at Build Champions' discretion.

3. AI Learning Assistant

The Site includes an AI Learning Assistant chat feature powered by third-party AI models. Responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. The AI Learning Assistant does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt our services, submitting fraudulent enrollment information, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including course materials, guides, and the BCP Certification Board name and marks, is the property of Build Champions International or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Build Champions does not guarantee employment outcomes, income, or job placement as a result of completing any certification.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Build Champions International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its certification programmes.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
